Specifically developed and manufactured for the UK glass market, PLANITHERM® TOTAL+ is a higher performance low-emissivity (Low-E) glass product.
PLANITHERM® ONE T – Low-E Coated Flat Glass
PLANITHERM® ONE T delivers thermal insulation performance with a centre pane U-value of 1.0 W/m2.K*, it is a ‘‘single-stock’’ low-emissivity (low-E) glass that is widely used to help improve the energy efficiency of glass windows by keeping warmth in the room.
Higher performance thermally insulating glazing helps improve window energy efficiency by reducing heat loss due to it’s low emissivity level of >3%. This energy efficient glass has a transparent metallic coating that reflects heat from radiators or fires back into the room, rather than allowing it to escape through the windows. At the same time, it helps to prevent overheating by controlling solar gain (see Calumen.com for product performances).

PLANITHERM® ONE T forms part of the Saint-Gobain Glass low-emissivity range, which in combination with other products can also offer;

The PLANITHERM® ONE T Range
MONOLITHIC GLASS
Standard thicknesses: 4mm and 6mm. Other thicknesses are available upon request including 8mm and 10mm.
Substrate: PLANICLEAR clear float.
TOUGHENED GLASS
PLANITHERM® ONE T is a ‘‘single stock’’ coating and therefore can be used in either annealed or toughened form. It can be toughened to meet the safety requirements of BS EN 12150.
